IMPORTANT CHANGES TO MEAL ORDERING: As of January 1, 2021, parents no longer need to pre-order meals through Infinite Campus while their child(ren) are learning remotely in the Blended environment.
Parents DO need to complete the one-time meal order opt-in form on the Food Services website to receive meals for the days their child(ren) are learning remotely and are not in school physically. Please visit the district website for more information www.swcsd.us

Free and Reduced-Price Meal Application (Meal Benefit Application)
We are excited to offer you the ability to complete your Free and Reduced-Price meal application online through the Parent Portal! It is safe, confidential, and is delivered electronically directly to the Food Services Department.
To complete the application electronically, please follow the steps below:
- Create your e-signature PIN in Settings > Account Settings in the portal.
- Click More in the left-hand side of the index.
- Click Meal Benefits.
- Click on the blue link to complete your application.
- Click Submit when complete.

SW-AHMA Membership
The SouthWestern Affordable Housing Management Association (SW-AHMA) is a membership organization serving the needs of industry members in Arkansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Texas. Our members manage and or support HUD, RHS and tax credit financed affordable housing. SW-AHMA sponsors industry trainings meetings each year throughout region plus three Regional Conferences. We are one of seventeen AHMAs associated with the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA). Together we work to preserve the nation's stock of affordable housing and promote rational policies to ensure professional management and communities of quality.
OUR MISSION: SW-AHMA strives to be the indispensable resource to owners and managers of affordable housing. Our objectives are to improve your business while saving you time, energy and money. SW-AHMA will provide:
- Prompt, well-analyzed information concerning changing housing policies, regulations and legislation
- A positive, continuing dialogue with regulatory agencies regarding issues important to members
- Affordable quality training to managers and front line staff
- Valuable opportunities for networking

HOW DO I JOIN SW-AHMA? Please complete the membership application after determining the class of membership that is appropriate for your organization. Agent Membership is open to any property owners/operators, agents and Public Housing Authorities of multifamily housing that is affordable to lower income individuals, by virtue of governmental housing programs. Agent Membership conveys the benefits of membership to Owner/Agent home office staff and makes the Agent a Subscriber Member of NAHMA. Property membership is for multifamily housing properties that are affordable to lower income individuals. Property membership conveys the benefits and discounts to the employees of the member property. Vendor Membership is open to those businesses which provide services and supplies to agent or property members. Affiliate Members are organizations, monitoring agencies or associations that are affiliated with the affordable housing industry but do not themselves manage multi-family housing. Examples are the Regional Department of Housing and Urban Development Housing and Finance Authorities or Contract Administrators.
