Items listed as under DME MAC jurisdiction on the DMEPOS Jurisdiction List should be billed to your local DME MAC. Items listed as under Local Carrier jurisdiction on the DMEPOS Jurisdiction List should be billed to Palmetto GBA Railroad Medicare for Railroad Medicare beneficiaries.
